Target Depth was originally founded in 2016 as a supply chains solutions business serving oilfield clients across Asia and North America from our Singapore offices. In 2019 we started our consulting practice helping companies expand into the Asia-Pacific market, and more recently we have partnered with one of the regions biggest advertising and marketing agency's further complimenting our client offering to cover the following; company representation, full-service marketing, and consulting services.
When you work with us, you get bespoke solutions designed to help you make timely and informed decisions about your Asia-Pacific business based on cultural, operational, and technical considerations (we specialise in drilling, intervention and completions technology for use in conventional, unconventional, mining and geothermal applications).

Target Depth was founded by Edward Wharam, an OFS industry executive with over 20 year experience in Europe and Asia leading some of the biggest upstream drilling and intervention companies in senior management positions. He spent close to a decade in China, and has held operational, sales, product line and business development management roles across APAC with Andergauge, NOV, TAM International and Rival Downhole Tools which has given him a unique insight into the cultural and business challenges that MNC's and SME's face on a daily basis. Ed is happy to call Singapore home and enjoys daily walks with his dog, cycling along the coast, working out and spending time with his family.
